We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry, we currently intend to concentrate our efforts in identifying businesses in the financial and business services industry, with a focus on differentiated financial services and financial services-adjacent platforms. We will seek to capitalize on the multiple decades of combined investment experience of our management team, which consists of Richard DeMartini, Co-Executive Chairman, Robert Hurst, Co-Executive Chairman and Alex Binderow, CEO, President and Director, and other director nominees. Our management team has spent their careers building, operating and investing in businesses, both in public and private companies in a variety of market sectors. Messrs. DeMartini, Hurst, and Binderow were all partners of Crestview Partners, a value oriented private equity firm focused on the middle market. Crestview's principals will be participating and supporting us through an investment in our sponsor. We will be able to leverage Crestview’s vast network and relationships for sourcing potential acquisitions outside of Crestview’s core mandate. Further, if needed, Crestview may provide support in the form of personnel and other resources that will enable us to evaluate and successfully execute a transaction.
